We offer monthly hotel room and suite specials for qualifying students. Our accomodations include all utilities, cable television, maid service, 24-hour concierge, and 24-hour security. All rooms are fully furnished and include a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, television, and high-speed wireless internet.

Our rental terms are based on a month to month basis, begin renting whenever you would like, and the month begins on the day in which you move in. We also offer off campus housing packages to local universities, trade schools, and their affiliates. Housing packages can be customized to fit your budget and time frame.
